With TATA Zippy, our primary objective is to address and resolve 90% of customer complaints within a maximum time frame of 48 hours. We deeply value our customers and their satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, which is why we strive to deliver prompt and efficient assistance throughout their ownership experience.

We have implemented this process to carefully monitor and ensure exceptional performance when it comes to timeliness in providing customer and product support for our newly launched models (or our top 3 models based on volume) within the country during the warranty period.

With TATA Shield, we have implemented a holistic process with a sincere commitment to ensure the shortest possible downtime for our customers' accidental vehicles. Our primary objective is to swiftly restore and make 90% of these vehicles roadworthy within a timeframe of 60 days.

We have implemented a process with utmost care and concern for our customers, aiming to provide them with round-the-clock availability of chosen TATA Genuine vital spare parts at all our service stations across the country.

Through TATA Alert, we ensure that our customers have access to reliable onsite and breakdown assistance infrastructure at our workshops. Our objective is to provide assistance promptly and efficiently, aiming to restore 85% of breakdown vehicles within a maximum time frame of 72 hours.

Express Service

We realise that your time is valuable, and we want to minimise any inconvenience caused due to vehicle unavailability during scheduled service or repairs. With our dedicated resources and efficient workflow, we strive to provide you with a seamless and expedited service experience. Your satisfaction and convenience are our top priorities, and we are committed to delivering exceptional service while ensuring your vehicle receives the attention it needs in a timely manner.

Express Service has been created with a strong focus on caring for our customers and ensuring the shortest possible downtime for selected scheduled services and minor repair jobs. To achieve this, we have dedicated express bays, special tools, exclusive manpower, and readily available parts in our authorised workshops. Our goal is to complete 85% of jobs under the express service category within a maximum time frame of 8 hours.

Value added services

Our Value Added Services have been crafted with a genuine concern for our customers, aiming to assure them of our commitment to effectively manage the maintenance and upkeep of their vehicles on their behalf. Our goal is to ensure that your vehicle performs at its best and experiences minimal downtime.

To achieve this, we offer comprehensive AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) or service packages that cater to the specific needs of your vehicle. Our endeavour is to cover at least 50% of vehicles under these packages, providing you with peace of mind and convenience. You can trust us to go the extra mile in ensuring the longevity and efficiency of your vehicle, allowing you to focus on what matters most to you.

We understand the importance of timely resolution, which is why we carefully monitor each complaint with a dedicated timeline until it is successfully resolved. When it comes to customer complaint resolution, our objective is to achieve a 90% resolution rate within a maximum time frame of 72 hours. Your satisfaction and trust in our services is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to addressing your concerns promptly and effectively.
